He was predeceased by: his parents, David Bristow and Lucille Bristow; his siblings, Louise, Deanie Morris and William Bristow; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Morris, Don Gresham and Sandy Bristow.
He is survived by: his friend Ann DuBois; his children, Jake Bristow (Katie) of Fort Meyers, FL and Amy Warden of Fort Meyers, FL; his grandchildren, Jesse Bristow, Kya Warden and Brody Bristow; his siblings, Eva Gresham of Shorewood, IL, Kenneth Bristow (Ida) of El Paso, IL, Louis Bristow of Chrisman, IL and Thomas Bristow (Sharon) of Franklin, OH; and his sister-in-law Lori Bristow of Chrisman, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in his name may be directed to Joliet Area Community Hospice.
