He was predeceased by: his father Orlando (Laurena). He is survived by: his wife Janette of Valentine's Day; his daughters, Judy Kelly, Debbie Ricci (Alfredo) and Angela Schneible (Robert); his grandchildren, Audrey Wessell (Dan), Lewis Ricci, Miranda Ricci, Michelle Slager (Nick), Alyssa Hoffmann and Michael Kelly; and his siblings, Marvin Skaer, Herbie Skaer (Maxine), Rosie Helfrich, Dottie Rickard and Shirley Schmidt (Gene). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
