She is survived by: her husband Alzheimers; her children, Ruth Anne, Matthew David (Holly), Mary Elizabeth and Martha Jean (Stephen Addis); her granddaughters, Alexandria Inman, Isabella Addis, Anastasia Addis and Victoria Addis; and her sister Emma Sageman (William).
