He was predeceased by: his grandson Justin. He is survived by: his wife Judith Thompson; his children, Michael (Toni), Lisa and Claudia Usrey; his grandchildren, Jacob, Tyler, Melissa and Trevor; his great grandchildren, Zoey and Carmella; his nephews, Kevin and Daniel; and his niece Stacey.
