It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald H. Bettig of Bolingbrook, Illinois, who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gwen; his children, Scott Bettig (Dee), Allen Bettig (CJ Chen) and Teri Thompson (Ken); his grandchildren, Ashley, Jenny, Shawn Bettig, Jessica, Samantha Thompson, Jayden, Mason Hopkins, Kenzie and Jack Moore; and his siblings, Kay Mielneczeck, Maida Stofferahn, Dorothy Horak (George), Cheryl Lewis-Hartl, Lester Lewis (Patricia), Marti Lewis-Malone, Barbara Lewis, Mary Kinsey, Mike, Jerry, Dale, Bob and Keith Lewis.
