He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ivan and Anna Belle Harvey (Carlisle); and his brother Darrel Francis Harvey (Marvel Lea) of Troy, Missouri.. He is survived by: his wife Carol Anne Harvey (Miller); his sons, John (Kate) of Bolingbrook and Jason (Hilary) of Evanston; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Sam, Arthur, Clive, Emma and Sarah Harvey.
