We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2022, at the age of 94, Carmen Elisa Saavedra in Bolingbrook, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ancelmo Saavedra and Ernestina Sosa. She is survived by: her husband Benicio Castro; her children, Hernando Castro, Fanny Castro, Yolanda Rincon and Martha Salcedo; and her grandchildren, Eduardo Lozano, Paola Lozano, Peter Salcedo, Andres Rincon, Vanessa Rodriguez, John Salcedo and Kamila Rincon. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
