He was predeceased by: his parents, Eifforn Duggon and Geneva Duggon (Walls). He is survived by: his former wife Eleanor McClain; his wife Mamie L. Duggon (Person); his children, Jeanine Duggon of Union City, William Duggon of Chicago and Aaron Duggon (Nicki) of Nashville, Tennessee; his siblings, Mary Stovall, Johnnie Walls of Bloomington and Gladys Stovall of Macomb, Illinois.; his cousin Arma B. Powell of Brookhaven, Mississippi; and his uncles, Pete Walls and Eddie Walls. He is also survived by four grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
