With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tuyet Mai Brooks of Bloomington, Illinois, who passed away on December 24, 2023 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Charles E. Brooks, Jr. and Trinh Thi Vang; and her children, Justin Brooks (Corryn) of Crown Point, Philip Storm Harris of Bloomington and Cara Wright of Champaign.
