We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Roslie T. Phelan of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Clinton, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pius C. Kleemann and Rosa C. Harpenau Kleemann; her daughter Connie Phelan; and her grandsons, Jamie Phelan and Scott Connour.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick Phelan; and her daughters, Betty Connour, Ann Benjamin (John), Linda Spurgin, Marcia Long (Bob) and Joan Eyre (Kendall). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Central Catholic High School or St. Mary's Church.
