He is survived by: his daughter Carrie Kelly (Joe); his grandchildren, Joey Kelly V of Bloomington, Shelby of Bloomington, Raven of Bloomington and Hope Hardesty of Bloomington; and his significant other Pam Porzelius.

The family suggests memorials to go to the Disabled American Veterans of Bloomington.
