He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wutz and Charlotte Wutz (Curley); and his sister Kathleen Wutz. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Levgard; his children, Christine Knuth (Rick), Lisa Templin (Larry) and John Wutz (Jessica); his grandchildren, Jordan Knuth, Payton King, Emma Templin and Jack Templin; and his sister Elaine Sylvester (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Epiphany Catholic Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
