He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Smith of Bloomington, IL; his daughters, Stacie Smith (Peggy Cummings) of Millinocket, ME, Sara Bailey and Abi Dozier (Mark Dozier) of Camas, WA; and his grandchildren, Lily Dozier, Tanner Dozier, Grant Bailey and Carson Bailey.
