He was predeceased by: his parents, Darwin Bill and Elieen Patterson Bill; and his daughter Jacqueline Ammerman. He is survived by: his wife Jane C. Bill; his grandsons, Andrew Ammerman-Keighin and Alexander Ammerman-Keighin; his brothers, Tom Bill (Joan) and Dan Bill (Jane); and his siblings-in-law, Maureen Burkhart (Frank), Jo Anne Stern (Jerry), Sue Clem and Marty Arteman (Teri). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
