We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2023, at the age of 96, Martha L. Miller of Bloomington, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lincoln A. Behr and Charlotte Paul Behr; and her husband William Russell Miller. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Lacy (Jared) and Hilda Radcliffe (Jeffery). She is also survived by five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
