He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Rouse and Norma Jean Rouse (Fuller); and his siblings, Carolyn, Earnest and Kevin.

He is survived by: his brothers, Ronald Rouse, Roger Rouse (Dixie), Michael Rouse and Terry Rouse (Kathy); and his children, Raylee Rouse, Michelle Borders, Morgan Waller (Quenton), Eric Borders (Stephanie) and Brad Maloney (Maria). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces, and nephews.

Memorials may be made to a college fund for his youngest daughter, Raylie.
