He is survived by: his wife Kate (Lewis); his daughters, Alexis Pavlou of Bloomington and Anna Lilly Pavlou (John Richard Stewart) of Dallas; his brother Dennis Eugene Pavlou of Forest Park; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Lewis and Pat Lewis of Chicago.
