With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Grace Cordellia Rutledge of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Danville, Illinois, who passed away on July 16, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Foster and Eunice Foster (Schertz); her husband Herman Rutledge; her daughter Ruth Reardon; her granddaughter Amanda Rutledge; and her brothers, Alfred Foster, Jay Foster and Harold Foster.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Rutledge (Barb) of Hudson, Paul Rutledge (Annette) of Ellsworth and Kevin Rutledge (Pam Turner) of Normal; her grandchildren, Staci Rutledge, Beth Cogburn, Jarod Rutledge (Miki), Zachary Rutledge, Sarah Rutledge (Justin Erickson), Jacob Rutledge, Beth Hall (Sean) and Stephanie Tisberger; her great grandchildren, Logan Cogburn, Quinn Hall, Keaton Hall and Taylor Pena; her brother Roy Foster (Martha); and her son-in-law Steve Reardon.
