She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl "Gordon" Graves and Mildred "Ellen" Graves (McCoy); her husband William "Bill" Eckel; her brother Warren Graves; and her grandchildren, Heather and Jason.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Starker of Pontiac, IL, Trish Alcorn (Gary) of Normal, IL, Suzann Locke (Dennis) of Bloomington, IL and Lisa Colanto (Greg) of Joliet, IL; and her sister-in-law Carol Graves of Pontiac, IL. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Memorials in Frances' memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Shriner's Children's Hospital, or to the Vermillion Players Program in Pontiac, IL.
