It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth J. Bier of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Normal, Illinois, who passed away on May 4, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Ritterbusch and Margaret Ritterbusch (Suddeth); her husband Robert P. Bier; and her brother Mike. She is survived by: her sons, Steven G. Bier (Leanne) of Delaware and James R. Bier (Jeanelyn) of Bloomington; her grandson Jeremy Bier of Delaware; and her siblings, Dave Ritterbusch (Joan) of Boston, Tom Ritterbusch (Tobi) of Peoria, Nancy Jarrett of El Paso and Mary Ann Duncan of Metamora. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be sent to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
