It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Reed Hertter of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Normal, Illinois, who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William Reed Hertter. He is survived by: his mother Carol Ann Rohde Hertter of Normal; his siblings, Sarah Duncan of Beloit, WI, Rachel Mull (Todd) of Charlotte, NC and Andrew Hertter of Bloomington; and his nephews, Reed and Cole Hoover.
