It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie Bohmer of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles S. Bohmer and Ruth Bohmer (Anderson); and his former wife Janet Huber. He is survived by: his sons, Terry Bohmer (Kara) of Menomonee Falls, WI and Charles A. Bohmer (Dan Taucher); his stepchildren, Tammy Ward, Todd Ward, Teryl Hillsman of Bettendorf, IA and Joe Ward; and his siblings, Betty Hulteen and Glenn Bohmer (Sally) of Esterville, IA. He is also survived by four grandchildren, nine step-grandchildren, four great grandchildren and four step great grandchildren.
