He is survived by: his parents, Pamela Vidale and Emil; his sister Jeanne Cotini (Philip); his nephew John Purcelli (Karen); his cousin Sherry Thomas (Freeman); and his brother-in-law Rick Cotini (Joanne Bertagna).
Chuck was a very generous and caring person and who at end of life donated his organs to giftofhope.org. in order to help others with health problems.
