She was predeceased by: her father William Elvin; her sisters, Lisa Gipson and Laurie Tracewski; her niece Rachelle Gipson-Mattocks; and her mother-in-law Mona Devall.
She is survived by: her mother Karla Jeanne Powell Gipson; her children, Bryson Roland and Breanna Smith (Gipson); her husband Elvin Devall; her siblings, Andrew, Tina Smith (Jon), Beth Dowell (Ryan), Kati Brown (Chad) and Kristi Plaster (Nick); her nieces and nephews, Kimberly, Heather, Brandon and Corey; her great-nieces, Madeline and Hensley; her father-in-law Carl; her stepchildren, Cordell and Joseph; and her brother-in-law Melvin Devall.
