He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Poklen and Emily Poklen; and his brother Lester Poklen (Peg). He is survived by: his wife Auguste Poklen; his children, Nancy Mordini (Michael), Tom Poklen Jr. (Jennifer Fisher) and Jim Poklen; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Nikki (T. J.) and Kelly.
