He is survived by: his wife Donna Cablk; his children, Douglas Cablk of Oak Park, IL, Linda Procopio (John) of West Chicago, IL and Sandra Nadzieja (Rich) of Scottsdale, AZ; his grandchildren, Stacy and Jason; his great grandchildren, Brianna and Jessica; his nephew Jeffery; and his nieces, Peggy and Laurie.
