He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Candy Lovan; his children, Layne Lovan (Erin), Erin Mashinter (Chad) and Leanne Ramsden (Matthew); his grandchildren, Samuel, Faith Lovan, Roman Sunday, Carmine Mashinter and Jack Ramsden; his sister Carolyn McGaughan; his parents, Woodrow Wilson Lovan and Harretta Cumi Lovan (Layne); his sisters, Debbie Lovan and Jeanette Jackson; and his in-laws, Bruce and Joy Rushton. He was also cherished by his numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Gideons International or Bravehearts Veterans Program, reflecting Tommy's spirit of giving and his commitment to supporting others.
