She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father John Westphal; her children, Julie McCoy (Keith) and Justin Sturm; her mother Shirley J. Westphal (Sherman); her brother Mike Westphal; her grandchildren, Gavin and Hailey McCoy; her great grandchild Melody Mhoon; her aunt Lenore Brom; her cousin Donna Brom; her nephew Mark Westphal; her grandparents, Charlotte Hartill and Edward Westphal; her aunt Catherine "Kitch" Eldridge; and her nephew Michael "Mikey" Westphal. She was also cherished by numerous extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family in establishing a memorial to fund Parkinson's research in memory of Cindy's courageous battle.
