He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell I. (Sandra L.) and Lusher. He is survived by: his wife Margie; his son Zachary Kellogg (Cassie) of Fairview Heights; his granddaughters, Keilee, Brianna and Payton; his siblings, Carl Lusher (Sheryl) of Auburn, IN and Rhonda Gentis (Tracy) of Dillman, IN; and his siblings-in-law, Ida Velez, Gidget McAdams and Modesto Velez (Christine). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
