With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Bassler Sr. of Belleville, Illinois, born in Mascoutah, Illinois, who passed away on August 20, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Clarence P. (Marcella A.); and his siblings, Sharon Dietz (Bob), Rosemary Ivy (Bob), Bonnie Kistner (John) and Greg Bassler.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen L. Bassler; his sons, Kenneth N. Bassler, Jr. (Leann) and Edward G. Bassler; his grandchildren, Kenneth N. Bassler, III (Sammi) and Jacqueline Ann Hay (Garrett); his great grandchildren, Kenny IV, Oliver, Avery, Ben and Logan; and his siblings, David Bassler (Janice), Michael Bassler (Marianne), Jim Bassler, John Bassler (Terri), Pat Miller (Don) and Pam Erwin (Steve). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
