With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Arlou Lowe of Belleville, Illinois, born in Red Bud, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; her parents, Charles Uffelmann and Sophie Uffelmann (Schoenbeck); and her siblings, Alfred Uffelmann (Wilma), Luella Burmester (Albert) and Willard Uffelmann (Rosemary).
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Lowe, Rebecca Korte (Kevin), Charles Lowe (Tracy), Kristine Lowe, Kathleen Kowalik (Daniel) and Matthew Lowe; and her grandchildren, Christopher Lowe (Brandy), Richard Lowe (Amy), Amanda Trautt (Tom), Daniel Lowe (Reese), Stephen Korte and Russell Lowe. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
