He is survived by: his children, Donald Holmes Jr. (Suzanne) of Bartonville and Joy Lynn Holmes (J. D. Larkin) of Kenney; his granddaughter Leanna Crichton (John) of Peoria; and his siblings, Larry Holmes of Washington and Jean Alexander of Salina, OK. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
