With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daylene K. Bassett of Bartonville, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on December 31, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Richard Williams. She is survived by: her children, Robert Bassett (Jane) of Peoria and Christine Donahue (Jeff) of Peoria; her grandchildren, Emily, Kevin, Connor and Chase; her sisters, Sharon Williams of Missouri and Patricia Kelch (Don) of Missouri; and her pet Rocky. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
