She was predeceased by: her husband Ray "Shorty" Short. She is survived by: her children, Steven Johnson (Ute) of Trenton, Kevin Johnson of O'Fallon and Stacey Gerdes (David) of Bartelso; her stepdaughter Audrey Kasmarik of Highland, Ill.; and her sister Carolyn Scheibel (Kenneth) of O'Fallon. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
