He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Tillis and Marilyn Tillis; his uncle Adgerline Germany; and his father-in-law George Williams. He is survived by: his wife Jovonna; his children, Marquise Tillis, Sade Tillis, Cheyenne Tillis, Javares Stewart (Lauren), Jakira and Jahlil Williams; his siblings, Patrick (Christie), Priscilla and Claude Tillis (Mylene); his grandchildren, Ahseya, Marquise, Nazir, Coler, Kyrie and Kaden; his uncle Ned Germany (Terry) of Ohio; his aunts, Ruby Germany of Auora, Pauline Germany of Columbus and Georgia Germany of Alabama; and his mother-in-law Donna Williams.
