He is survived by: his mother Susan Lee Winz of Lisle; his sons, James Michael Winz, Jr. and Jonah Ryan Winz; the mother of his children Bridget Winz (O'Reilly); his siblings, Daniel Lee Winz, Stephen Andrew Winz, Robin Elizabeth Winz and Jocelyn Winz Jones (Eric); his nephews, Danny Winz and Paxton Jones; and his niece Delaney Winz.
