It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Meta Jane Pickens (Arthur, Illinois), who passed away on December 28, 2017, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Ted, Scott (Joy), Terry (Jacky), Tom (Julie) and Penny; and her husband Arthur. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

It is the preferred wish of the family that, in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to South Suburban PADS (Public Action to Deliver Shelter), http://www.sspads.org.
