He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Mason "Tim" and Erma Agnes Jean (Winchester); and his nephew Jerry Lynn Jean. He is survived by: his wife Edna Marie Franklin; his children, Cathy Yoder (Wesley) of Arthur, IL, Darrell Jr. (Joan) of Lovington, IL and Barbara Gibson of Tuscola, IL; his grandchildren, Brandon Yoder (Suzanne) of Arthur, IL, Bethany Miller (Brent) of Tampa, FL, Peter Jean (Rebecca) of Utica, IL, Elizabeth Jean of Monticello, IL and Bryson Gibson of Tuscola, IL; his great grandchildren, Lily, Greyson Yoder, Ava, Harper Miller, William, Oliver, Declan, Maxwell and Finnian Jean; his brother Glenn Jerry Jean (Sandy) of Mesa, AZ.; and his son-in-law Randy Gibson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Vine Street Christian Church or to an Elementary school of the donor's choice in his grandchildren's honor.
