She was predeceased by: her husband Victor Bulgatz; and her child Jerry Bulgatz. She is survived by: her sons, Howard (Jody), Robert (Amy) and Joseph (Esther); her grandchildren, Michael (Maria), Lauren (Bill), Brian (Gabby), Elissa, Dovid, Daniel and Kayla; her great grandchildren, Theo, Bryce, Ari and Reese; and her siblings, Ida Kaufman (late Irving), Col. Hyman "Ray" Finfer (Beatrice), Hannah "Henny" Cohen (Rabbi Benjamin), Mark Finfer (Fay), Paul and Sydel "Shanie" Silverman-Wolf (late Mel Silverman). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers to The ARK or Chicago Mitzvah Campaign would be appreciated.
