He is survived by: his parents, Dwight Lindsey and Mary Kay Lindsey (Portugal); his sister Jill Howen of Arcola; his nieces, Sierra Headrick (Cody Hollenbeck) of Newman and Emily Howen of Arcola; his aunts and uncles, Don Portugal (Carol) of Mattoon, Colette Eisman (Jim) of Circleville, Bill Hencken (Lily) of Ave Maria, Marilyn Miller (Floyd) of Arcola, Carolyn Helmuth (Fred) of Arcola, Myrna Crist of Arcola, Brian Yutzy (Julie) of Houston and Regina Duncan (Gary) of Champaign, Illinois; and his cousins, Kyle Portugal (Lauren), Kevin Portugal, Kelsey Portugal, Jessica Thompson (Travis), Michael Eisman (Katie) and Steven Lindsey.
