For Wayne is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert and Florence; his wife Deborah Zawada; and his brother Mark S. Pawlak. He is survived by: his children, Rachael Pawlak (Zachary Roman) of Antioch, IL and Ryan Pawlak of Antioch, IL; his grandchildren, Ava Williams and Amara Roman; his sisters, Wendy C. Braunsdorf of Mt. Prospect, IL and Monica M. Angarola of Bartlett, IL; and his pet Thor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
