He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Violet Jane Bradshaw (Mullinax); and his brothers, Terry, Roy, Roger, David and Timmy.
He is survived by: his children, Cory Bradshaw (Amanda) of Silver Lake, Wisconsin and Kelsey Bradshaw of Chicago, Illinois; his grandchildren, Hailey Marie Bradshaw, Cory and Michael Bradshaw, Jr.; and his siblings, Sherry Taylor (Mark Taylor) of Mount Vernon, Tawana Sue Curry (Carl Curry) of Mount Vernon, Brenda, Jackie, Rita, Tammy and Gary Brown (Linda Brown) of Mount Vernon, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
