She is survived by: her father Phillip Cullanine of Manchester, NH; her children, Ariana Rose Calder of Silver Lake, WI, Chase Orion Lacoy of Silver Lake, WI and Raven Skye Lacoy of Silver Lake, WI; and her brother John Denisco of Manchester, NH. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
