She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Teubert (John) and Tracey George of Antioch, IL; her grandchildren, Matthew Teubert, Elizabeth Lewis (Andrew), Austin George and Ryan George; her great grandchildren, Theodore and Oliver Lewis; and her sister-in-law Arlene Burzych. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
