It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John W. Jackson of Anna, Illinois, who passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee and Agnes Jackson (Baker); his daughter Judy Kay Smith; his grandson Daric Smith; and his brothers, Ken and Chet Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Pansy Jackson of Anna; his son Randy Jackson (Joy) of Montgomery; his grandchildren, Ginger Bailey (Duane), Amanda Smith, Brad Jackson (Nicole Dean) and Alex Jackson (Lauren); his great grandchildren, Trevor Smith, Haleigh, Emily Lawrence, Aislynne Smith, Alyvia Lawrence, Savanah, Chesney Smith, Sydney, Peyton and Westin Jackson; his great great grandchild Paizley Smith; and his close friend Jim. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home (301 W Spring St, Anna, IL 62906). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
