He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fredrick Allen and Jean Allen (Terryberry); his wife Linda Beluin; and his children, Heather Cooper (Brad) and Christopher Allen (Sandy). He was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
