He is survived by: his wife Cathy Dernovek; his children, Abigail Tandy (Jerry) of Louisville, KY and Joshua Trask of Alton; his grandchildren, Aria Tandy and Savanah Caruthers; his great grandchild Paisley Lynn; and his siblings, Roger Trask of Jerseyville, Carol Mohme of Alton, Trudi Douglas (Tim) of Godfrey, Jackie Derbin of Medora, Jeannie Buck of Jerseyville and Judy Harmon of Steelville, MO..
