He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Napp and Mildred Napp (Tarrant); and his sister Norma Lee Napp. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Lindsay Witcher (Brett Wilburn) of East Alton, IL, Chelsea Aud (Nathan) of East Alton and Olen Andrew Witcher (Molly) of Godfrey, IL; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Charlie, Harper, Nicholas, Austin and Taylor. He is also survived by many extended family members and good friends.
