He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rowden and Dorothy Belle Rowden (Bryant). He is survived by: his children, Excavating, Ramona Rodriguez (Guillermo) of Belleville, Deborah Rowden of Godfrey and Jennifer Schwarte (Pat) of Alton; his grandchildren, Monica Brackman (Mark) of Belleville, Phillip Rodriguez (Cami) of Carmel, Joshua Holden (Amy) of Austin, TX, Justin Holden (Jodie) of Austin, TX and Grace Schwarte of Alton; and his great grandchildren, Noelle, Dennis, Mather, Margaret, Mabel and Jude.
