It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marian Darlene Horn of Alton, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Wayne and Nellie Luetta Kramer (Shrake); and her brother Larry Kramer. She is survived by: her uncle David Shrake; and her cousin Glenna Porter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
